From consumer products and immersive retail to location-based entertainment, my work bridges creative vision with strategic execution, bringing beloved stories to life for audiences around the world.
I have contributed to projects for major IP portfolios, working with some of the world’s most recognized brands and entertainment partners, including Disney, Universal, Paramount Global, Netflix, Google, Spin Master, Hasbro, and LEGO.
As Senior Director of Location-Based Experiences at Paramount Consumer Products & Experiences, I lead franchise-driven initiatives that transform IP into immersive brand experiences across primarily in Asia, and globally. I collaborate with executive leadership, regional partners, and licensees to align global strategies with local execution, ensuring every touchpoint — from experiential activations to hardline and softline product innovation — tells a story that resonates with guests and consumers alike.
Beyond corporate leadership, I am a creative entrepreneur. As Co-Founder and Principal Designer of Launchmode Design Co., , I’ve guided toy and consumer product innovation for leading partners, holding two design patents and a utility patent. Over the years, I’ve built, mentored, and inspired high-performing global creative teams, influencing product design, packaging, and brand storytelling across markets.
I’m passionate about mentoring the next generation of creatives. As a Board of Director for Ryman Arts, I continue Herbie Ryman’s legacy by shaping curriculum, mentoring emerging talent, and helping build the future of storytelling and design.
