Eugenia Chen is a creative director, designer, and storyteller with more than 20 years of experience bringing stories and ideas to life through toys and games, consumer products, immersive experiences, and visual arts. Throughout her career, she has collaborated with clients and creative partners including Disney, Universal, Paramount, Hasbro, Spin Master, LEGO, and many others.
Whether creating a toy that inspires play, a product that connects people with a beloved story, or an immersive experience that brings that story to life, Eugenia believes creativity has the power to spark imagination, joy, and meaningful connection.
Through Launchmode Design Co., she collaborates with talented creators, brands, and partners to develop imaginative products and experiences that combine design, storytelling, and play.
Eugenia is also a painter, and serves on the board of Ryman Arts, supporting arts education and mentorship for the next generation of creatives.
Her philosophy is simple: growing older should never mean growing out of wonder.
